Rosalie has more than thirty years 

of experience under her belt. 

She knows the business and is proud of all the work the company has completed. 

She is 100% owner and has been the RMO of 

Silva General Construction, Inc. since 2013. 

With more than forty years of construction experience; Manny knows his stuff. He puts effort into every project and makes sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish while striving for excellence and honor.
